The residents of Mount Vernon on the Potomac (MVOP) would like to welcome you to our small but unique neighborhood. There are 113 homes, a marina with a bath house and boat ramp, tennis courts, a picnic area and a pond – all within walking distance of George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate.

 

We gather for a number of social events throughout the year including Friday evening happy hours, an Easter egg hunt, an Oktoberfest and holiday caroling. The MVOP Board of Directors meets each month to discuss issues facing the community. You should feel free to contact any of us with your questions, comments or concerns.
